Vendor Spaces Available for
2024 Monocacy Farm Food Fest

Be part of the ninth annual Monocacy Farm Food Festival on Sunday, October 6, 2024, by securing your vendor space today! A variety of outdoor activities — including music, crafts, raffles, demos and local vendors — are planned to attract and engage families and individuals of all ages and interests. With your participation, we look forward to a great turnout and fun-filled day on the farm. Here are the details for potential vendors:

Date: Sunday, October 6, 2024 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Place: Monocacy Farm Project, 395 Bridle Path Road, Bethlehem PA 18017

Discounted Vendor Pricing Through August 1, 2024!
10x10 Outdoor Vendor Space — $55 ($65 after August 1)
Food Truck — $65 ($75 after August 1)
Level 1 Non-Profit Outdoor Space — $25
Level 2 Non-Profit Outdoor Space — $50

Vendors bring their own canopies, tents, tables and chairs. There are no electric hookups available for this event.

Vendor Guidelines

Please review the following guidelines before reserving your vendor space online. Vendor contracts also can be downloaded here for printing and returned by mail.

  • Set-up begins at 8:30 a.m., running no later than 10:15 a.m.

  • Monocacy Farm Project volunteers will direct parking. Vendor parking onsite is restricted to a designated area.

  • All vendor spaces are entirely outdoors on the grass. Please plan accordingly and bring a proper covering for your vendor space/setup, as there will be no rain date for the event.

  • Monocacy Farm Project and the School Sisters of St. Francis will not be liable for any goods or property of the vendor. The vendor is fully responsible for transport, set-up and break-down.

  • Payment with signed contract is due no later that September 1, 2024. Both the Vendor Registration Form and Vendor Contract must be submitted online or mailed back together. Please send in your form ASAP! We need to know who is participating early on to plan for a nice variety of vendors. Please do not wait. The number of vendors selling similar products or foods is limited.

  • Upon receipt of your payment and registration, you will receive a confirmation email and follow-up instructions.

  • Refunds will not be issued to “no-shows” on the day of the event. Cancellation requests on or before September 1, 2024, will receive a refund less a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after September 1, 2024.

  • To promote a successful event (for MFP and for you), please advertise your participation in the event via your website, social media, and/or flyers etc.

  • This contract fully explains the agreement between the vendor and Monocacy Farm Project. The vendor will fully reimburse Monocacy Farm Project and/or the School Sisters of St. Francis for any damage (and or consequence of that damage) they may cause.
