Grow Healthy Community Initiative

Launched in 2016, the Grow Healthy Community Initiative provides free weekly supplies of organically-grown fruits and vegetables to low-income families, area shelters, food pantries, and soup kitchens throughout Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley. The farm currently provides support to:

  • New Bethany Soup Kitchen

  • Jewish Family Services Food Bank

  • Ecumenical Soup Kitchen

  • Incarnation Saint Vincent DePaul Pantry

  • Trinity Soup Kitchen

  • Northeast Ministries Food Pantry

  • Victory House Men’s Shelter

  • Resurrected Life Community Church Family Outreach Program

  • Interfaith Food Pantry

  • Central Moravian Food Pantry

  • Third Street Alliance Shelter for Women and Children

Collectively, these organizations assist thousands of economically-challenged individuals and families in the Lehigh Valley and provide more than a half-million meals each year to those who otherwise would not eat. Funding for this program is dependent on foundation and corporate sponsors, as well as individual donations.
