As part of our year-long 10th Anniversary celebration, Monocacy Farm Project is auctioning a beautiful handmade treasure inspired by our love of the land. Blessed & Bountiful is a full-size quilt lovingly embroidered by Sister M. Virginelle Makos and quilted by Liz Ceol. Measuring 80x96, the quilt colorfully depicts farm life against a neutral cream-colored background, suitable for any room. It comes with Sister Virginelle’s promise of prayer for the winning bidder.
Valued at $3,000, the impressive quilt is currently on display at RE:find in Allentown. Stop by and see it and check out the store’s unique furnishings, gifts and fine art while you’re there! Thank you to our friends at Fox Optical for generously “hosting” the quilt from mid-April through May.
